Viral marriage rumors about Namit Bhay's guest are false

Social media claims that a Russian woman traveled to Bihar to marry a local man are misleading, according to content creator Namit Bhay.

The man in the viral videos is Namit Bhay, not Rahul Yadav of Bhagalpur.

The location of the clips is Purnia, not Bhagalpur.

Namit Bhay stated the woman is a tourist from England who visited his village as his guest.

The woman arrived in Bihar with an NGO team working to support rural women and improve livelihood opportunities.

Meme pages falsely claimed she was from Russia and that the couple planned to marry in November 2026 with family approval.

For Indian-origin readers, this clarifies that the viral videos misidentified the man and location, and the woman is an English tourist on an NGO visit.
